Library for a well nourished body

I’m constantly recommending books to my clients who want to further their understanding of nutrition and the body or who want to feel inspired in the kitchen. Browsing the cooking or health aisles of the bookstore can be overwhelming, so I compiled a list of my favorite resources for you here. This list will be updated whenever I discover a new book that I’d like to share – and you can feel free to let me know about any of your favorites that aren’t on this list! While I may not wholeheartedly advocate for each resource in it’s entirety, they are all well-researched and helpful in providing deeper understanding of the relationship between our bodies and the food we consume.
